Role Overview
We are looking for a Support Agent to handle customer and driver enquiries across WhatsApp, email, and phone. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping resolve issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. This role is essential for maintaining trust, professionalism, and smooth communication across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and driver enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Assist with order issues, delivery updates, and general platform questions
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional support at all times
- Escalate complex issues to the Support Lead or Operations team
- Record and report recurring issues or bugs
- Maintain accurate communication logs
- Ensure fast response times and high-quality service
- Support restaurant partners with onboarding or menu-related questions
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or support roles
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues calmly
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and support tools
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Experience with delivery platforms is a bonus
