Role Overview

We are looking for a Support Agent to handle customer and driver enquiries across WhatsApp, email, and phone. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping resolve issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. This role is essential for maintaining trust, professionalism, and smooth communication across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and driver enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
  • Assist with order issues, delivery updates, and general platform questions
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional support at all times
  • Escalate complex issues to the Support Lead or Operations team
  • Record and report recurring issues or bugs
  • Maintain accurate communication logs
  • Ensure fast response times and high-quality service
  • Support restaurant partners with onboarding or menu-related questions

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or support roles
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues calmly
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and support tools
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
  • Experience with delivery platforms is a bonus
