Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of Gett It. You will manage restaurant onboarding, driver coordination, customer support processes, and ensure smooth operations across the platform. This role is central to the success of the company — you will work closely with the COO and team to make sure everything runs efficiently from launch onwards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Gett It platform
- Manage restaurant onboarding and ensure partners are added correctly
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are equipped and ready for deliveries
- Monitor order flow, delivery times, and operational performance
- Handle customer support processes and resolve escalated issues
- Work with the tech team to report bugs, improvements, and feature requests
- Maintain strong relationships with restaurants, drivers, and partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Support the CEO with planning, reporting, and operational strategy
Requirements
- Experience in operations, logistics, delivery platforms, or similar roles
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams at once
- Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with delivery apps or marketplace platforms is a bonus
