Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for Gett It. You will be responsible for planning campaigns, managing social media, creating content, and driving customer engagement — all from our East London base. This is an on-site role where you will work closely with the CEO, operations team, and designers to build a strong brand presence before and after launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for launch and ongoing growth
• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.)
• Create engaging content, campaigns, and promotional materials
• Plan and run local marketing activities across East London
• Work with restaurants and partners on co-marketing opportunities
• Analyse marketing performance and adjust strategies for better results
• Oversee paid ads, influencer collaborations, and community engagement
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Support customer acquisition and retention strategies

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management
• Strong understanding of social media, content creation, and campaign planning
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce fresh ideas
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work on-site in East London (no remote working)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience with delivery apps, food brands, or local marketing is a bonus
